Extensive interruptions in JHL’s electronic services and telephone services

25.10.2021

JHL’s electronic services and telephone services are suffering from extensive interruptions. As a result, all services requiring login are unavailable. It is also not possible to join JHL electronically. Our telephone services are closed until further notice. According to software provider Futunio, the problem does not only concern JHL’s services. It is a more extensive one.

For the time being, Trade Union JHL’s electronic services are out of use. This means that it is not possible to log into myJHL, myCourses or omaYhdistys. Right now, it is also not possible to join JHL electronically.

Because of the problem, the telephone services of our Membership Service and Payment Service are closed.

According to software provider Futunio, the technical problem does not only concern JHL’s services.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the interruptions.
