Hands are typing on the keyboard of a black notebook computer. In the top right corner there is a red circle with text MYJHL.

On Tuesday 11 June you can sing in to myJHL service using a strong identification method, and requesting for passwords will be a thing of the past. This change also simplifies the steps of joining JHL.

The much-awaited change is finally here! In future you can sign in to myJHL service using a strong identification method.

The sign-in method is changed on Tuesday 11 June 2024 at 4 pm. After the change, users sign in to myJHL with online banking codes or Mobile certificate. Signing in with the current usernames and passwords will no longer work after the change.

Due to this update myJHL will be unavailable on Tuesday 11 June from 3 pm to 3.59 pm.

You can use myJHL to review and update your membership information and pay membership fees. When your membership information is up to date, you will receive those important messages that are relevant precisely for you.

This change also makes the process of joining JHL quicker for new members. In future, joining members no longer need to wait for passwords before they can fill in the membership form. All they need to do is sign in with online banking codes or Mobile certificate.
