New membership benefit for members of Trade Union JHL – help with digital devices from KotiData at a discounted price

JHL members get a €10 discount on digital help services from KotiData.

Members of Trade Union JHL have yet another new membership benefit: KotiData offers advice for purchase, setup and use of digital devices – such as computers – at a lower price for JHL members. KotiData experts can bring the services to your home or help your over a remote connection or on the phone, depending on what you need. The services are available everywhere in Finland. KotiData offers services in Finnish and English.

When you are a member of JHL, you get a €10 discount on your service order. Note also that on-site support services qualify for tax credit for household expenses. When you order a service, mention that you are a JHL member, or use code JHL10 at the online shop www.kotidata.fi.

If you have small problems or questions, you can also use KotiData’s free helpline: 040 750 7550 (on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm; local network rate / mobile network rate applies).

Join a lecture on digital skills

Trade Union JHL and KotiData organise together a digital skills lecture on 17 March 2026 at 5–6.15 pm about online scams and managing spam e-mail and disturbing notifications (Verkkohuijaukset sekä roskapostin ja häiriöilmoitusten hallinta).

The lecture is delivered by KotiData’s service advisor Petteri Korhonen, who has years of experience on digital help services for consumers.
