JHL member, we have sent a survey to your e-mail

Trade Union JHL wants to hear about your thoughts and experiences. We have issued surveys to help us develop our chain of representation and the experience of joining JHL. Please answer our survey!

We want to support you in working life in the best possible way. Please answer our surveys to help us make our trade union even better.

In October and November we ask in surveys about our chain of representation and about how easy it was to join JHL. Thank you for taking a bit time to answer our surveys! All surveys can be answered anonymously.

Survey about chain of representation

Do you know who you should contact if you encounter problems at your workplace, or if you have questions concerning your employment? How has your issue been handled?

You can share your experiences in our survey about JHL’s chain of representation. Chain of representation means the path of getting help in issues that concern a member’s employment. We want that contacting shop stewards, occupational safety and health representatives and the union is easy.

We have sent a survey concerning JHL’s chain of representation to all our members who are currently employed and not in a shop steward or organisation role or working for JHL. The objective of the survey is to collect views and experiences and develop our chain of representation. You can answer this survey also if you have not contacted your trade union. The survey is open until 11 November.

Shop stewards will receive their survey about JHL’s chain of representation on week 45.

Survey for new members and member affairs managers

We have sent a survey to members who joined JHL between the beginning of May and the end of September 2025 to ask about their experience of joining JHL. Was joining JHL easy or difficult? How were you received?

Please tell us because your feedback enables us to make joining JHL easier and improve the member experience. You can answer the survey until 11 November.

Member affairs managers will receive their survey about the joining process on week 45.

Did you not receive a survey?

Check that the survey has not been filtered into the junk mail folder in your e-mail. Confirm also that your email address on myJHL is correct.

If you have not received a survey, you can contact JHL’s Service Team by e-mail: palvelutiimi@jhl.fi
