The launch of JHL’s new membership service moves to autumn 2026 – members will get even better services

2.3.2026

Our members are going to get a comprehensive tool set where they have everything important in one place.

Trade Union JHL will reform all its e-services for members in autumn 2026.

The launch of the new system was originally planned for spring 2026, but it has now been decided that the launch will move to autumn. By moving the launch, we want to ensure enough time for implementing the agreed changes to the system.

The system has a major role in the union’s services and the members’ communication with the union. The new system will improve service in many ways. In the autumn our members are going to get a comprehensive tool set where they have everything important in one place.

Membership card, courses, events and much more

The new myJHL service can be used on a browser-based app that works on your phone.

You can easily find on the e-service your membership card, courses and events and the contact information of your shop steward.

Shop stewards can use their own section in the app to communicate directly with the members who they represent, as well as view and update these members’ information and explore member statistics.

Versatile features for union branches

Union branches are going to receive much-requested new features.

They can send notifications of events to their members and send messages to branch members and the union.

Documents travel conveniently and visibly via the e-service, and it offers an easy access to member statistics.

We will report more about the launch and its time later.
