JHL’s service hours in summer 2023
Trade Union JHL provides service to members during the summer, too. Employment Advice and Membership Service are available by phone from Monday to Thursday in the early afternoon. The JHL Unemployment Fund will also be open the whole summer.
Membership Service and Employment Advice provide service to members by phone without summer breaks in 2023.
- Employment Advice and services related to protection of interests are available from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 12 pm, at 010 7703 311.
- The Membership Service will be open from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 12 pm, at 010 7703 430.
- JHL’s electronic service myJHL is available to members 24 hours a day.
Summer break in the following services
- JHL switchboard is closed from 26 June to 28 July
- JHL central office reception is closed from 26 June to 28 July
- The Education Advice telephone and e-mail service is closed from 26 June to 28 July

JHL Unemployment Fund services
In summer 2023, the JHL Unemployment Fund’s telephone service at 010 190 300 is open as per usual. The number can be reached from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 12 pm.
The unemployment fund’s chat is open from Monday to Thursday, from 9 am to 2 pm.
In addition to the telephone service, you can get personal service in the Ewertti eAsiointi chat. You can send a message to the unemployment fund whenever you want in the Messages section of the Ewertti service.
