JHL’s e-services enter a new era in early 2026, myJHL will have a complete revamp

28.10.2025

Next year your Trade Union JHL will further improve its e-services for members. Contacting your trade union and taking care of your membership matters will become even easier.

JHL will reform in 2026 all e-services that it offers for its members. Taking care of matters online will become even easier for members, union branches and shop stewards.

Members will see this change for example in the myJHL e-service. It is going to look completely different and have a number of new features. For example, you will be able to view the information on your union branch and shop steward conveniently in myJHL.

You will also be able to easily contact your trade union through the new service.

You will always have your membership card with you

MyJHL is going to be a browser-based application. This means that you do not need a separate app to use the member service. You can use the service in the browser of your computer or phone.

Using the application becomes even more convenient when you add the myJHL shortcut icon to your phone screen and enable notifications. The notifications work in the same ways as in social media apps.

Those services that are used by union branches and shop stewards are also going to be in myJHL.

We will also move JHL’s membership card into the new system so that you will have easy access to your membership card right in the myJHL service.

We will notify about the change of the myJHL service well in advance. You do not need to do anything yet. JHL’s mobile membership card will continue to work in the same way as before until the new system is operational.
