JHL participates in the Helsinki Pride Parade – march with us!

The Helsinki Pride Parade is a joyful, colourful, and loud demonstration for equality and diversity. Join us in the parade!

Helsinki Pride is Finland’s largest human rights and cultural event, held annually in Helsinki. In 2025, more than 100,000 people participated in the parade.

This year’s parade will be on Saturday 27 June. The parade will start at 12 noon from the Senate Square.

We hope to see many of our members and partners in the event! JHL marches in the parade in SAK’s block.

JHL’s Rainbow Network helps to ensure that minority voices are heard

JHL has established Rainbow Network for its members this year to ensure that the voices of sexual and gender minorities are heard better within the union.

Rainbow Network is JHL members’ own channel for influencing and networking. The purpose of the network is to increase awareness of sexual and gender diversity and promote equality and safety in the world of work.

The network will be shaped by the people in it! The network’s activities are primarily driven by its members, supported by the union. If you want to get involved in Rainbow Network’s activities, you can sign up here (link in Finnish).
