JHL members who stand as candidates in the elections this spring can register for SAK’s county and municipal election galleries. The galleries feature candidates who have an employee background. Register by 14 March!

The Central Organisation of Finnish Trade Unions SAK opens county and municipal election galleries that feature candidates with an employee background. This is your opportunity to get visibility; register by 14 March!

Go to kuntavaaligalleria.fi/en/sign-up/ and submit you information by filling in the registration form. You can tell about yourself and your goals in your own words. When you register, you receive a link that you can use to update your information and add your candidate number later.

You can participate in the galleries in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Who can register for SAK’s election galleries?

County and municipal election candidates can register for the candidate galleries if they are members in an SAK-affiliated trade union. JHL is an SAK-affiliated trade union, and our members can register for the galleries.

Candidates who register for the galleries also need to commit to SAK’s three core values and undertake to promote those values with their actions.

The election galleries will open to public in early March

The county and municipal election galleries will open for public on 4 March at vaaligalleria.fi. The galleries can be browsed in Finnish, Swedish and English.

Candidates can be browsed until the election day of the county and municipal elections, 13 April.
