Trade Union JHL has given a service promise to its members: We are easily accessible and make a difference in working life

20.6.2022

We want to provide even better service to our members. It’s easy to take care of things with us, and we finish what we start.

We’ve set ourselves a tough goal: We want to be Finland’s most effective, caring and strong trade union. The only way to reach that goal is if the members identify with JHL and want to participate in its activities.

Trade Union JHL has now given a service promise.  We are present in your workplace and take care of member issues in a flexible and timely manner. You can get in touch with us easily and in many ways. We encounter our members genuinely, we listen to them and agree on how to take the matter forward together.

Good customer service also involves telling our members truthfully how we can help them. We direct them to services and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy. We finish what we start and use clear language on everything.

As part of the union’s service, we also make a difference to societal matters. We bring publicity to employee perspectives and influence matters related to working life in a specialist role. Our goal is to keep our members’ terms and conditions of employment in order.
