The centralised allowance of two municipal sector agreements moves forward

Paying the centralised allowances of the collective agreement for technical personnel in the municipal sector (TS) and the collective agreement for hourly paid personnel in the municipal sector (TTES) moves forward. This change concerns allowances that were going to be paid in the beginning of February 2025.

The collective agreement for technical personnel in the municipal sector (TS)

The agreement parties of the TS agreement have agreed that the centralised allowance (0.3%) moves forward and will be used as a centralised allowance as of 1 June 2025. Negotiations on the use of the centralised allowance (0.3%) continue.

Trade Union JHL is in this collective agreement as part of Public Sector Union JAU. The other member of Public Sector Union JAU is Trade Union Jyty.

The collective agreement for hourly paid personnel in the municipal sector (TTES)

The agreement parties of the TTES agreement have agreed that the centralised allowance (0.3%) moves forward and will be used as a centralised allowance as of 1 June 2025. Negotiations on the use of the centralised allowance (0.3%) continue.

The collective agreement for hourly paid personnel in the municipal sector (TTES) is negotiated by Trade Union JHL and Local Government and County Employers KT.
