New membership benefit: try a food diary app for free

11.9.2026

Another great membership benefit for members of Trade Union JHL: get See How You Eat photo food diary app for free for three months and at a discounted price after the free trial period.

See How You Eat is an easy-to-use photo food diary on your phone. It helps you to see your meals at a glance and learn to understand your eating rhythm.

Keeping a photo diary has been found helpful for maintaining a healthy diet. When you become aware of how you eat, you will make better meal choices. You can follow your progress in a chart and record your thoughts and recipes. If you want, you can share the data with your coach or your doctor.

The app also offers a complimentary food course with tips and reminds you of meals, drinking water, vitamins and exercise.

This photo food diary is for you if

  • You want to feel healthier and less stressed
  • You’re done with unsuccessful diets
  • Counting calories feels complicated and time-consuming
  • You tend to skip proper meals and eat unhealthy snacks
  • Your coach, nutritionist or doctor wants to know how you eat

A great benefit for JHL members: first 3 months for free

JHL members get the first 3 months for free and after that 40% off the price of 12-month Premium membership in the See How You Eat app.

This benefit applies to first-time users. The discounted annual rate after three months is €29.99 (standard rate €49.99/year). The subscription continues automatically, and the annual fee will be charged after the three free months unless the subscription has been cancelled.

Find the code for redeeming the offer on myJHL under “Special offers for members”. This benefit is available until the end of the year 2026.
