Result achieved in the state sector collective agreement negotiations

More information on the contents of the negotiation result will become available when the administrations of the negotiation parties have processed it.


A negotiation result for the new state sector collective agreement was achieved today, Wednesday 30 April.

More information on content of the agreement will become available when the administrations of all negotiation parties have approved the result.

 – It is great that we have achieved a negotiation result. JHL’s Union Council will meet to discuss the result on Monday 5 May, says Senior Bargaining Specialist Harri Turunen.

The Trade Union for the Public and Welfare Sectors JHL, Trade Union Pro and the Negotiation Organisation for Public Sector Professionals JUKO represent the employees in these negotiations, and the Office for the Government as Employer (VTML) represents the employer.

JHL’s negotiators are Senior Bargaining Specialist Harri Turunen and Bargaining Specialist Teija Wikman.
