Apply now: financially assisted well-being courses are available for the last time this year

23.2.2026

This year you can still apply for a place in a financially assisted course designed to help you to improve your well-being.

JHL members can apply for a place in a well-being course where they will get tips from professionals for a healthier lifestyle and for feeling more energetic.

The courses are inexpensive for the participants, who will only pay a very reasonable self-paid portion of the costs.

These courses are intended for working adults (link in Finnish), and they are organised by Palkansaajien hyvinvointi ja terveys PHT ry.

This year there are 10 courses around Finland. The first courses start in May, and the last in August. Don’t wait, because the application period of the first course periods closes in March.

If you are interested in participating in these courses, don’t delay it into future, because PHT has been hit by the ruthless cutback policy of the current Government.

The Finnish Government has decided to end the funding of PHT, and therefore organising of these courses ends in 2026. PHT used to also organise courses for families with children, but now there will be no more new courses.

Palkansaajien hyvinvointi ja terveys PHT ry has organised well-being courses for both families with children and working-age adults to support the health of working-age adults.

The courses have been targeted especially for those who cannot afford self-paid well-being services. They have been proven to have positive effects on well-being.
