Hyvinvointilomat organises social holidays that are granted on financial, social and health grounds. Now is the time to apply for holidays in January–May 2025. Submit your application before the end of November.

Everyone can apply for these holidays. Applicants do not have to be trade union members. Holiday applications are submitted using the website of Hyvinvointilomat.

Social holidays are financially assisted holidays that are granted on financial, social and health grounds. Hyvinvointilomat scores the applications based on the information it has received.

Hyvinvointilomat selects the participants and notifies of the selections in writing.

Application periods for social holidays in 2025

  • The application period for holidays in January–May 2025 is from 1 to 30 November 2024.
  • The application period for holidays in June–September 2025 is from 1 to 31 March 2025.
  • The application period for holidays in October–December 2025 is from 1 to 31 August 2025.
