A new collective agreement has been negotiated for those member companies of Local Government and County Employers KT whose main line of business is staff leasing.

The principal negotiating organisations JAU, JUKO and SOTE, and the employer organisation Local Government and County Employers KT have negotiated a new collective agreement for the staff leasing sector. Public Sector Union JAU is formed by trade unions JHL and JYTY.

The agreement has been negotiated for those member companies of KT whose main line of business is staff leasing.

The new collective agreement includes a transition period, and for the time being, staff leasing agencies continue to follow their current collective agreements.

Your trade union JHL negotiates on a number of collective agreements in 2025. Follow the negotiations on our website.
