Negotiation result on the new collective agreement for the health services sector
More information on the content of the agreement becomes available when the executive bodies of the negotiating parties have approved it.
The collective agreement negotiations of the health services sector have ended with a negotiation result. The parties reached an agreement on the new terms and conditions of employment on Tuesday 12 May 2026.
The previous agreement term ended at end of April. Terveyspalvelualan Unioni and its member unions will publish more detailed information on the new agreement after it has been approved by the executive bodies of the negotiating parties.
Terveyspalvelualan Unioni is a negotiating organisation formed by Trade Union JHL, Akavan Sairaanhoitajat ja Taja, Trade Union Jyty, Kuntoutusalan Asiantuntijat KA, Talentia Union of Professional Social Workers, the Finnish Association of Speech and Language Therapists, the Finnish Association of Public Health Nurses, and Suomen Työterveyshoitajaliitto. The employers are represented by the Finnish Association of Private Care Providers (HALI).
