Negotiation result for the private early childhood education and care sector
The parties of the private early childhood education and care sector collective agreement negotiations have reached a negotiation result on the future terms and conditions of employment for this sector. Next, the negotiation result will be processed by the administrations of the negotiating parties.
An important milestone has been reached in the long collective agreement negotiations of the private early childhood education and care sector. A negotiation result on the future collective agreement terms and conditions for the sector was reached today, 29 December.
Next, the negotiation result will be processed by the administrations of the negotiating parties. We will tell more about the content of the agreement when all parties have approved the result.
The collective agreement for this sector is negotiated by Trade Union JHL, OAJ, Super, and Talentia. The employers are represented by Finnish Education Employers (FEE).
If all negotiating parties approve the result, the private early childhood education and care sector will have a completely new collective agreement. The sector has until now applied the collective agreement for the private social services sector.
