A negotiation result has been reached in the collective agreement negotiations for Airpro.

The collective agreement negotiations for Airpro produced a negotiation result late on Tuesday 1 April 2025. More information on the content will become available once the new collective agreement has been approved by the executive bodies of JHL and the employer side.

The negotiations started in early March. The previous collective agreement for Airpro expired at the end of March, which meant that the sector had just entered a period without agreement.

This collective agreement is negotiated by JHL, and it concerns mainly security officers and cleaners who work at airports.

Service Sector Employers Palta negotiates on the Airpro collective agreement on behalf of the employer.
