Negotiations on terms and conditions of employment in the municipal sector have begun also in the table of the collective agreement for technical personnel in the municipal sector (TS).

The current agreement term ends at the end of April 2025.

– In the first meeting the employee organisations presented their negotiation goals and schedules were agreed for further meetings during the spring, tells Bargaining Specialist Timo Hannula.

JHL negotiates on this agreement as part of Public Sector Union JAU. The other member of JAU is Trade Union Jyty. The employers are represented by Local Government and County Employers KT.
