Negotiations on the railway sector’s collective agreement were continued on Thursday 26 January. JHL presented to the employer what the union wants in terms of pay raise level and structure. The pay raise level and structure comply with the level of pay raises coordinated by central organisation SAK. In addition, the proposal includes a separate low-pay bonus and an index clause.
In the negotiations, textual weakenings made by the employer were also processed. The parties will negotiate the next time on Tuesday 31 January.
