Tapahtuman kuvaus
The training takes a deeper look at the themes assessed already in the basic level courses. The main topics of the training are tasks and responsibilities of a union representative; the role of union reprentative in workplace organising, local bargaining and employee involvement; and colloboration between union representative and local JHL-branch.
The course is open for JHL members who have accomplished basic level courses (Union is Strength & Become an Active Member). This course is free, no fee is charged.
