When the strike ends, work is resumed at the start of the following work shift, in accordance with a confirmed shift roster.
For example: If the strike ends on Tuesday 23 October at 12.00 midnight, work will begin at the start of the next shift.
The agreement on ending the strike may set forth more detailed measures and conditions to end the strike and the exact time when employees must return to work at the latest. You must return to work in accordance with the agreement or immediately upon being notified by the union or the shop steward of the ending of the strike.
