Negotiating situation

During spring 2022, Trade Union JHL is negotiating on numerous collective agreements. We are aiming for good agreements for our members. To follow how the negotiations are proceeding, check this page.

Trade Union JHL is again negotiating on new collective agreements. Negotiations started in the latter part of 2021 in some of Service Sector Employers Palta’s sectors.

The majority of JHL’s agreements expired between February and April 2022. On this page, you can find information on how the negotiations are proceeding.

JHL is Finland’s largest and most affordable trade union of the welfare sectors. The union has approximately 165,000 members. They look after the welfare, basic public services and safety of people in Finland.
