During spring 2022, Trade Union JHL is negotiating on numerous collective agreements. We are aiming for good agreements for our members. To follow how the negotiations are proceeding, check this page.

The majority of JHL’s agreements expired between February and April 2022. On this page, you can find information on how the negotiations are proceeding.

JHL is Finland’s largest and most affordable trade union of the welfare sectors. The union has approximately 165,000 members. They look after the welfare, basic public services and safety of people in Finland.

  • Collective agreement concerning the guidance sector’s general agreement has been terminated, agreement period will end on 31 January 2023. Negotiations under way.
  • Collective agreement for work centres, agreement terminated, agreement period will end on 31 January 2023

  • SEURETES, negotiation result achieved
  • Työväenperinnelaitos (“Institute of Workers’ Tradition”), agreement terminated, agreement period will end on 31 January 2023
