The extensive interruption issue in JHL's electronic services has been fixed. The telephone service of our Membership Service is open, too.
JHL’s electronic services and telephone services are suffering from extensive interruptions. As a result, all services requiring login are unavailable. It is also not possible to join JHL electronically. Our telephone services are closed until further notice. According to software provider Futunio, the problem does not only concern JHL’s services. It is a more extensive one.
Restrictions and recommendations due to the coronavirus and the summer affects the opening hours at the JHL Central Office and the Regional Offices. The Employment Advice, the Membership Services and the Education services is at service even though the Central Office is closed. The Unemployment Fund will be open the whole summer.
During the summer time the JHL Central Office and the Regional Offices will apply shorter opening hours. The Membership Services and Bargaining Department hotlines will be at your service on working days until noon. The Unemployment Fund will be open the whole summer.
The national labour confederations of Finland (SAK, Akava and STTK) are reopening their summer job information service. The service is open until the end of August. The free advisory service hotline is open between 09.00 and 15.00 on ordinary weekdays. Advice will be available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
