JHL’s electronic services and telephone services are suffering from extensive interruptions. As a result, all services requiring login are unavailable. It is also not possible to join JHL electronically. Our telephone services are closed until further notice. According to software provider Futunio, the problem does not only concern JHL’s services. It is a more extensive one.
JHL's Membership Service provides service to members and local branches in all membership-related matters.
JHL offers a broad range of membership benefits! When you belong to our union, you receive up-to-date representation, fair terms of employment in accordance with a collective agreement negotiated by the union, a shop steward who manages issues at your workplace and legal aid when employment-related problems occur. In addition, you receive security against unemployment.
Restrictions and recommendations due to the coronavirus and the summer affects the opening hours at the JHL Central Office and the Regional Offices. The Employment Advice, the Membership Services and the Education services is at service even though the Central Office is closed. The Unemployment Fund will be open the whole summer.
During the summer break 25 June – 27 July the Membership Services and Bargaining Department hotlines will be at your service. Also the Unemployment Fund offers telephone service between 25 June and 18 August Mon–Fri 9–11 a.m.
