Member services, Employment Advice and Education Advice are at members’ service by phone throughout the summer. Also the Public and Welfare Sectors’ Unemployment Fund will be open the whole summer.
During summer 2021, JHL provides service to its members on every weekday. Although JHL’s offices are closed until further notice because of the coronavirus pandemic, telephone service is available throughout the summer.
JHL’s switchboard is closed from 29 June to 1 August 2021. Member services, Employment Advice, Education Advice and services related to protection of interests are available. JHL’s online service myJHL is available to members 24 hours a day. The unemployment fund will be open the whole summer. However, personal service by phone is available with limited opening hours.
Employment Advice and services related to protection of interests are available from 28 June to 1 August on weekdays from 9 am to 12 pm at 010 7703 311.
The member services telephone service is available from 28 June to 1 August on weekdays from 9 am to 11 am at 010 7703 430.
The Education Advice telephone service is available from 28 June to 1 August on weekdays from 9 am to 12 pm at 010 7703 510.
The JHL Institute is closed from 12 June to 16 August 2021.
