The wait gets more intense – JHL’s occupational sector forum, Ammattialafoorumi is only six months away! The trade union’s biggest member event will bring light to darkness when JHL’s star professionals take over Tampere Hall on 29–30 October.
Two thirds of places are filled; act today to secure your place in the best event in autumn.
Ammattialafoorumi provides two days’ worth of top lectures. On Friday 29 October, one of Finland’s biggest dance stars, Jorma Uotinen, will hit the stage! In addition, inventor and entrepreneur Perttu Pölönen and well-being at work specialist Marja-Liisa Manka, among others, will hold lectures in Tampere. Former Finnish president Tarja Halonen, a patron of the event, is also participating! The event is hosted by actor Christoffer Strandberg.

Friday night is full of action!
The climax of the event is the gala for Star Professionals, which is where your trade union JHL rewards the stars of working life. That’s when the rising star of the year and the most amazing work community, among others, will be revealed. The search for stars is fully underway; nominate your candidate to us by the end of August!
The party won’t stop even after the gala. That’s when musicians Krista Siegfrids and Pete Parkkonen will take the stage!
Saturday will be another day packed with an interesting programme and information. Topics will range from activism and nutrition to well-being at work!
On Saturday afternoon there will be programme content specifically for immigrant members. The Ammattialafoorumi programme is in Finnish and some of it in Swedish. Some of the programme will also be interpreted into Swedish. The Ammattialafoorumi website is only in Finnish and Swedish.
