The private sector
Those sub-sectors represented by JHL that are not part of the local or central government sectors form what JHL calls the private and well-being services sector.
JHL negotiates agreements for fields such as the social and health sector, training and education, counselling services, transport, urban maintenance and the energy sector. These collective agreements are applied in state-owned companies and enterprises, municipal companies, private companies, foundations and associations.
